I’m a second year English student and thoroughly enjoying getting back into the swing of studying literature and critical thinking after a gap year. I live in self-catered accommodation down at the Riverside which is a really great central location. Bristol is an exciting city, and with its street art, independent cafes and shops and many community events, there is definitely a vibrant atmosphere here. My favourite place is St Nicholas’s market. The street food stalls are such a great place to spend a relaxed lunchtime. I’m on a mission to try as much of the food there as possible!
